Intelexonic branding, original content and software materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may view and share links; copying, redistribution or commercial exploitation requires permission except where applicable law permits it.
Products and licensing
Product pages describe intended directions and capabilities, not a guarantee of availability. Access, permitted users, subscription terms, support levels, restrictions and data processing are governed by the separate agreement accepted when a product is supplied.
Custom development
Scope, deliverables, pricing, milestones, acceptance, change control, ownership, third-party licences, confidentiality, security, maintenance and termination must be agreed in a signed statement of work or services agreement. Submitting a form does not create a development contract.
Responsible AI use
AI outputs may be inaccurate and require suitable human review. Any AI deployment requires agreed permissions, data boundaries, evaluation and oversight appropriate to its use.
Availability and liability
We aim for accurate content and reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted service or particular business or search-ranking outcomes. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Commercial warranties and liability allocation are set out in the applicable signed agreement.
